We are committed to helping young people build their professional career future by supporting them in acquiring hard and soft skills through a work experience abroad.
Over the years, we have focused our activities within the Erasmus+ Programme.
As a company specialised in transnational mobility projects, we plan, implement and manage the Erasmus+ programme activities according to high quality standards.
We support public and private entities in the implementation of Key Action 1 and 2 projects in the fields of School Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) and in the procedure for Programme Accreditation.
We carry out monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of training and learning programmes carried out abroad so that each activity achieves the most effective impact on participants and at local, national and European level.
FMTS Experience joins the European Alliance for Apprenticeships, a platform bringing together governments and key stakeholders, such as chambers, vocational education and training (VET) providers, regions, youth representatives, think tanks and social partners. The common objective is to strengthen the quality, offer and image of apprenticeships in Europe.
Through the EAFA, Fmts Experience is engaged in actions that aim to improve the quality of apprenticeships, promote its image and spread its opportunities at a European level, as well as encouraging transnational mobility processes for apprentices.
